It's My Birthday
How old am I?
I'm 39. Okay, those who know me stop laughing!
When I was 39 I was the strongest, healthiest, smartest, best looking, and most successful. So I decided that no matter how long I live, I will celebrate my 39th birthday for the rest of my life.
Of course, if I'm lucky enough, I'll hang in there until I reach a ripe old age, but we don't know what the future has in store for us. So, for now, I'm 39 every year and that's that!
Want to know a little bit about me? Here it goes.
I live in a mansion, drive a fancy car, and adore my fingers with diamonds and sapphires.
Yeah, right! In my dreams!
I’m not rich because I own fancy stuff.
I’m rich because I create things that people enjoy.
Hopefully, hundreds of years from now, readers will still know my name, read my books, and enjoy the art I create.

I love animals, I’m a book hoarder, sometimes I attempt to cook, I’m a chocohalic, and I love coffee and cake.

I became an avid reader at a very early age, thanks to my dad who introduced me to many great books. I write alternate history, romantic fantasy, magical realism novels as well as fun, educational, and bilingual books for children ages 4-12 about acceptance, friendship, family, and moral values such as accepting people with disabilities, dealing with bullies, and not judging others before getting to know them.

Birthday presents?
Well, other than a box of chocolate, I'm not fond of getting presents.
In case you want to surprise me, pick a book and read it. When readers love my books, it always makes me happy.
If you don't like the genres I write, donate a toy or a bag of food to your local animal shelter and hug a dog or cat for me, or any animal you like. It breaks my heart seeing sad, abandoned animals who has nobody to hug and love them.
Or, if you have a million or two dollars laying around, send me a message on any social site and we'll discuss where I should pick up the money. Oh, my! That money would make so many abandoned, lonely animals happy and safe. I'm getting goosebumps just thinking about it.
If you have time, read a few of my blog posts
